Apparently they were understaffed today. The attitude of the workers was deplorable. I spent my entire lunch waiting for 1 taco. Once I asked for a refund, someone in the back begin speaking under their breathe. Filed a complaint. Won't be going back.
I am a repeat customer with nothing but good things to say about these people. I've had a couple issues with a restaurant they deliver for, (Volcano Japanese Steakhouse,) whom my wife and I love to eat at, but found their packaging to be a little lacking upon delivery (smashed due to boxes not being able to support the weight of the other items.) Order-in's customer service was top notch in handling these issues, offering compensation and assurance that the situation would be improved. I could tell that my concerns were not just "in one ear and out the other." I will continue to do business with these guys and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to bring great food home, without the effort of driving all over town.
I always go through the drive-through when coming here. The wait is always long and they always mess up in my order. I'm lactose intolerant and I always emphasize "no cheese" for my order. But when I check my food there is always cheese in it. Also, every time I have provided them with coupons the cashier doesn't apply it to the total amount. I don't know if its laziness on their end or if they are not educated to know how to process the coupon. There was one time they did process the coupon correctly but they gave me the incorrect order. I was suppose to receive a three piece meal per coupon but I ended up with a two piece. It's always a terrible experience at this place.
The kids and I went to this Wendy's when my husband was in the hospital. It's an ok place...I'd say the employees were about average and the food was what you'd expect at Wendy's ...no surprises.
I love the al fresca choices and their listing of the calorie content right on the counter. The display right in front of me helps me to choose healthy. These employees were friendly and helpful.
This McDonalds is close to WalMart and Target so it's an easy stop. They have an indoor playground so the kids can work off the extra energy that they stored up while shopping. The playground area of eating always seems cluttered with food and trash on the floor. I know it's hard to keep clean, but wouldn't you make that a priority?
This is a great fast food joint. They are always friendly and most of the time clean (hard to keep ALL messes cleaned up with kids around). I also like it that they have a REDBOX inside so I can take home a video too.
I was stuck at this Arbys while getting my tires replaced next door. I could observe the employees for over an hour. They were friendly and courteous to everyone who came in and they also kept the tables cleared quite nicely. I'd go back even if I wasn't forced to kill time!
This Arby's always seems a bit dirty to me. The employees are not enthusiastic and they don't offer a smile. What's wrong here?
This is a very roomy Subway with plenty of light due to the large front windows. The drinks I've found often are out though and the employees are quite reserved. Also they don't take a lot of coupons that are distributed nationally. Nevertheless, they stay clean and the food seems fresh.
