I bought two Groupons for detailing. I tried to schedule an appointment. They never answer their phone. They have a voice mail box for groupon customers to leave information pertaining to their deal, their phone number and groupon expiration date. They say they are backed up and will call when appointments are available. A month went by. I tried to call multiple times. No answer. I left another message that if I don't hear from them, I'd go to groupon to get a refund. Another week went by. I put in a trouble ticket to groupon. Groupon couldn't even get them to call them. Groupon issued a refund today. Businesses like this should and deserve to fail. Here's hoping! I'd give them zero stars if I could. They don't know how to run a business and don't deserve yours. You've been warned.

Do not....I repeat....DO NOT do any business with these clowns. I made the mistake of buying their premium detail groupon. After two weekends of frustration, my car still has not been detailed, and my key is missing.
First of all, they're not open on weekends. How can a business in a service industry not be open on weekends? I have a friggin job, and I need my car. Anyway....I decided to leave my car with them for a week when i was on vacation. They first said they were all booked up for the entire month of June, but after talking more they said they could fit my car in since I would be leaving it all week. They did not tell me that their address had changed (or that the sign in front is a different name). Their damn website has the wrong address!! and they didn't tell me!! So I decided to take my car up to the Carmel location (I was dropping my car after hours). Their website doesn't mention that the address for the Carmel location is misleading and they're located in the parking garage opposite the building. So I finally found them and left my car.
They called me on Monday and confirmed receipt of my car and said they would have it done by Saturday when I would be picking it up. My car would be at the 96th street location with the key inside and car locked. I arrived there saturday evening....and my car was not there. So I again had to go up to the Carmel location, and there was my car. Filthy dirty. It had not been touched. And my key was not inside.
I will be calling them for a full refund, plus reimbursement for my time and gas, and I'll also complain to Groupon. Avoid this business at all costs.
I took a very dirty car to Indy Auto Spa for the Premium Detail- one that I had just purchased from a relative. It's a nice car (Toyota Solara Convertible) but definitely needed some serious cleaning. I've had vehicles detailed before at a place in Castleton - so I figured this would be as good or better, since the premium detail at Indy Auto Spa costs $100+ more than the detailing I'd purchased in the past at the Castleton business. Unfortunately, this wasn't the case. The car was vacuumed well in the obvious areas, windows cleaned, and most of the surfaces of the car were wiped down with a shiny detailing spray. Unfortunately, the leather seats weren't really cleaned and still had some kind of foundation type makeup on them and dirty areas, etc that were glossed over with some kind of "shiny" type substance. When I got home, I actually continued to work on my vehicle with a soft cloth and was able to wipe off all sorts of dirtiness - which shouldn't be the case when the car has just had a "premium detail." There was still some kind of goo in the bottom of the cup holders around the edges (they were very dirty before the detail - but a wet paper towel is all it took to finish cleaning the remaining goo out of them.) The trunk liner appeared to have been vacuumed, but definitely hadn't been steam cleaned, as was advertised to be included in the premium detail. The carpets were certainly dirty before the detail and had been shampooed, but not in any thorough kind of way. I was able to remove big dirty spots with a can of cheap carpet shampoo and a rag after I got home. It appeared that the carpets had had a quick once over with a good carpet shampooer/extractor and that no attention to detail had been used. The back of one of the mats had some sort of dried old foodie type stuff all over it - which washed right off at my house when I was doing the necessary detailing AFTER the detail. Basically, I had to spend a couple hours finishing what should have been done by Indy Auto Spa. The car looked lots better than when I dropped it off - but I didn't take it there just to have an improvement. I took it there for the advertised services in the Premium Detail. I DID NOT receive those services. After going over the car, it became obvious that whoever detailed my car either didn't care about doing a good job or was so rushed that they weren't able to do a good job. Whichever the case, prospective customers should be aware that the detail services being advertised in the Premium Detail are not truthful. My car had numerous examples of this un-truth in advertising. Finally, the thick padded liners in my passenger side door pocket and my console storage bin were both MISSING after the detail. I called as soon as the business opened the following day and asked them to search for these items. I was told that they would check the vacuum cleaners and look around the shop. Someone called back about 5 minutes later and said they couldn't find them, but someone would contact me if they ever did. Now, I have to spend nearly $50 buying replacements from Toyota. I'm positive both these liners were there before my detail. I had taken my lip gloss out of the passenger door pocket in their parking lot - so I'm positive it was there. Now there is a plastic depression with a big bolt in the middle instead of the nice soft liner that is normally there. This business not only did a crappy job on this detail, but they lost my liners and basically had a "don't call us - we'll call you, sorry about your luck" kind of attitude. BEWARE!!!!
Absolutely horrendous service. This business is nothing more than false advertised scamming by scam artists. They used Groupon as a vehicle to mislead their customers and do not perform any of the services promised in any of their detail packages short of a short wash/wax (if you can call it that) and an interior wipe-down. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.

I wish I would have read reviews before suggesting someone buy me this Groupon for a gift!!
I discovered when I called to make an appt that I apparently needed to schedule it TWO MONTHS in advance - which unfortunately was going to put it outside the Groupon expiration date. They could CARE LESS. Any other busienss would have honored it - it's not like I was CALLING after it expired. In addition to that, the person I talked with was a total jerk and hung up on me. Wow, what ever happened to customer service??
Ultimately, they told me that they would credit the amount that was paid for the Groupon amount against another service (this was after I complained and they did a ""here's what I can do for you"" blah blah), but only told me about theiir $180 and $300 services. Begrudgingly, I scheduled what I thought was the cheapest one and just figured I would be screwed out of $80. Only to find out when I went to their web site that they totally lied!!!! Of course I called back and rescheduled it for a service that was only marginally more expensive than the $99 credit they were going to give me.
Of course, I'm still concerned about how it's going to turn out considering the reviews I've read both here and other places. So far, I'd say Mike's Car Wash all the way!!!

I bought a groupon for a premium detailing at Indy Auto Spa. I am extremely unsatisfied with these folks and their ineptitude to deliver the services, customers paid for.
1. The services provided by ""Indy Auto Spa"" were not as advertised. Details follow.
2. I was entitled to the ""Premium Detail - Starting at $300"" program as per my Groupon order. The specifics as advertised on their website was pretty subjective but at the same time advertised ""Royal"" and ""Premium"" detailing. I however do not consider the services provided to me to be anywhere close to any standard detailing service.
3. The car carpets were not shampooed. I had specifically requested to have it done.
4. The mats were not cleaned.
5. Spots were not removed from the passenger side upholstery on the car ceiling.
6. The underside of the seats were not cleaned of dust and debris.
7. The windshields were not cleaned off properly to remove residual adhesive from previous stickers.
8. Dust was not removed from electronic equipment and from seat sides.
9. No wax was applied to the exterior of the car body.
10. Car Exterior still has dirty spots and residual shampoo from the car wash.
11. Customer Service are nowhere to be found: no returned calls or emails.
Simply the most SLOPPY and UNPROFESSIONAL service of any kind I have ever used. FOR $100, YOU WILL GET A CAR WASH and VACUUM. THAT IS IT.
