This was my worst laser hair removal experience ever! Purchased 6 treatments and had no results. I had seen good laser hair removal removal results with another spa called Sonalaser, but not with BB Design. I told Bonnie I was unhappy with having zero results and the only solution she had was to purchase more treatments. She told me it was my ethnic background (I am a tan white person) and not her machine. I regret wasting my time and money with someone who does not follow through with her services.

More than willing to make you wait for periods of time, but if you are 10 minutes late they will cancel your appointment.

Got my nails done here and when I walked in the door I was greeted immediately. I like how after everything the did they asked if I liked it and I like how clean the shop is as well. The butterfly chairs are pretty cute too. I will be coming back.

I really enjoy getting my nails done at this nail salon. Everyone is really nice and you can tell they care about that they are doing. I like the fact that they have plastic liners in the pedicure tubs and every time I'm there I notice they always clean after each person. I will keep coming back. I like how clean the shop is and I love the work they do. Im one fully satisfied customer.

I consistenly come back here from now and then because other place i visited in indy not compare .i went here the other day with family abd friends to get our nails done for the wedding . The service was great they are very on time for all of us . We dont have to wait like the other nails shops when we make appoiment . We all happy with their fantastic ped .i"m glad to bring family and friends came to the right one . I never go anywhere els . My mom keep telling me she love her gel mani so much . So everyone i bring in they all happy with your shop so i decide give your guys 5 start and will telling everyone about your shop ....

I got a mani/pedi here and was very dissatisfied. They did not work on my feet for very long at all and barely even used the pumice stone. When they were finished, I had nail polish smeared on the tops of my toes and my feet were dry and rough. My manicure was even worse of an experience. My nails were not even filed properly. I had jagged edges sticking up on at least 2 nails and a hair dried into another nail. They did not work on my cuticles at all. They only did a quick coat of polish, which left my nail color see through. I definitely felt like this was a complete waste of time and money. I ended up going to a different nail salon to get another mani/pedi.Besides all this, the customer service was not very good. It took a while for them to even greet me, then I sat at the pedicure chair for what seemed like an eternity. After my pedicure, they just walked away and left me sitting for 10-15 minutes before they came back to do my polish. They answer phone calls in the middle of the services and just don't seem to generally care about being polite.

After all six laser hair-removal treatments, and $500 spent not a single hair was removed! Very disappointed! :( The only solution she proposed is paying $50 per session to continue the treatment... Yea, right... What a joke! :(

I have never taken the time writing reviews before, but I just have to write about Shelly Hall and her services... Avoid this place and don't spend your money there! The stylist (I am not sure if she deserved to be called like that), Shelly Hall, does not respect her customers! Her services are terrible. The first time I visited her office, she did not show up for an appointment. She texted me 30 min AFTER the appointment saying that her flight back to Indiana was delayed, and she was still out of the state. Next time she canceled the appointment 10 min. in advance - her mom got sick... Understandable... BUT I was already on my way to her office when I received the message from her. Two months later was a time for my next appointment... the straw that broke the elephant's back...- she got a headache, and had to cancel!.. this time 5 min. before the appointment... Very unprofessional! If you respect your time and yourself, just stay away from this place!

WOW I am so glad I found this salon! Truly a great place...small - extremly nice - very clean. I really feel so comfortable going there. Scott is wonderful. Make sure you call ahead for an appointment - he is usually booked in advance. I can't say enough good things...it's so rare to find a stylist who listens, provides feedback, and takes time to do a great job. Trust me you will love this place too!Dec 2012 - Still love this place - I have referred so many people I should get a finders fee!
