Highly recommended! First time I've used a professional pet service to take care of my cat and I am glad I found Pacific Coast Pet Care. Vernie, the owner, does an outstanding job taking care of my cat. She sends daily texts and an occasional photo to let me know how my pet is doing. Vernie gives me peace of mind because I know my cat is well taken care of while I am away. As long as I am living in this area I will continue to use Pacific Coast Pet Care.

Vernie Rocks!! I send both of my children to Daycare 5 days a week, as I don't want them home alone. I work long hours and hate the thought of the, being by themselves. I also use Vernie when I travel, as I know they are in good hands. I love the videos she sends me, showing them playing, which gives me "peace of mind". My kids come home happy and content, as she takes them for walks and they get to play with the other dogs, too. Vernie has taught one of my dogs good manners, as I hadn't worked with her very much and I am lazy. Vernie is very trustworthy, fun and gregarious. Maybe I will send myself to Pacific Coast Petcare ! Sounds like fun to me too. ,!! Give her a try next time your dogs need a play day.....

My dog is my fur child and my best friend. I trust Vernie with her 200% on my frequent overnight business trips and long work days. Not only does she take excellent care of my dog, she is accommodating and knowledgeable. Vernie has helped me solve several of Lola's health and behavioral issues. I know this isn't just a "job" for Vernie - she truly loves dogs and cares for each one in her charge as if it was her own. I am so grateful to have her in my neighborhood.

I wish I could give Pacific Coast Pet Care 20 stars. We had to board our older beagle immediately following the death of our other dog and her best friend. We didn't want to board our girl in a kennel and were referred to Vernie so that Susie would be in a loving, attentive environment. It was a fantastic experience and we could not have been more appreciative. When we picked her up, Susie was so happy and looked great. During our trip, we got daily updates and pix and that gave us tremendous peace of mind. I just wish I'd known Vernie earlier. We have recommended her to all of our friends and to our vet. I think that Susie can't wait to return--we're simply too boring for her now! We can't thank Vernie enough.

There's always a bit of anxiety when you travel and have to leave your pets behind. Pacific Coast Pet Care gives me the peace of mind that my two kitties are being well cared for. I appreciate the daily emails, pictures and videos. I highly recommend this service.

My 110 lbs. rescue mutt has separation anxiety (he is a rescue.) So I was very concerned when I had to find a boarding facility for him while visiting the in-laws back East for 2 weeks for the first time. I am so glad that I found Pacific Coast Pet Care. My dog stayed with her for 16 days and when I went to pick him up, I knew I left him with the right person. He looked really healthy and happy. His stools (which ALWAYS shows his emotional health) looked perfect when he came home. Vernie (the owner) is so knowledgeable about dogs and she is very patient. My dog has gone to stay with her 2 more times since the first visit, and he came home happy and healthy every time. Her fee is very reasonable. I highly recommend Pacific Coast Pet Care!

The owner of Pacific Pet Care, Vernie, is the most loving and patient person! In a very short period of time, she has literally transformed my Maltese-Bichon mix. My dog was very unsocial, shy and scared when she first started going to Pacific Pet Care. I rescued her and when she was found she was very neglected and, as a result, she has been tentative of new people and other dogs. With Vernie’s love, kindness, attention and determination my dog is actually EXCITED to go Pacific Pet Care every day. She literally runs to the car, jumps in and when she sees Vernie, she jumps up and wags her tail. This is the dog that 3 months ago was shaking and urinating on the car seat because she was so nervous. I can’t say enough positive things about Vernie and her approach. Honestly, the results speak for themselves. Every dog I see with Vernie is obviously happy to be there. You can tell when someone loves what they do and Vernie is it! She is one of the most amazing people I have been blessed to know and I am incredibly thankful for what she has and continues to do for my dog and me. It is incredible relief to know that my little one is being well taken care of while I’m at work. I would highly recommend Pacific Pet Care to any dog owner who wants their dog to be socialized and loved!
