Jay's Gourmet Pizza & Seafood

My family and I came to eat at this establishment on July 2, 2008 in the afternoon. While the food was good, the most horrible and degrading experience occurred while paying for the meal. We had eaten outside and sent our 11 year old daughter in to pay bill. She went directly to the bar with cash in hand, 2 twenties, a 10 and 2 ones. The waitress counted the cash as I watched thru the screen and said thank you. We went next door to the surf shop and your waitress came back outside claiming we had only given her 12 dollars. I was flabbergasted as I had seen her take and count the cash. I explained this in detail, and this waitress claims we didn't pay her. Well the only thing I can say is business must be slow and I hope she enjoys her $45 dollar tip because I will never come this establishment again and will never recommend it. Morale of the story is pay with credit card or debit card because there are slim shady characters everywhere taking advantage of adults and children alike.

The customer service was non-existent. The Management didn't care if people stayed or walked out. Horrible, horrible treatment. The owner should be contacted regarding his employee!
