iLink Technology's technicians are very professional, adept, and proficient. I've scheduled service calls a few times now, most recently to add new computer users. Originally however, we had systems timing out while on the internet. iLink diagnosed the troubles down to a faulting out switch we had in our network which solved the problems. They've always been fast, efficient, and thorough. Now that our network and computers are stabilized, we call iLink out each quarter for maintenance to clean & tune up each system. Their tuneup process works because we've noticed performance improvements and it certainly helps us get our work done faster. I highly recommend them.
