I was greeted by Miguel upon entering and told him my memory on the phone is lost can you fix it. He said we will try but don't worry I promise you will walk out with a working phone. After a 20 minute huddle with Miguel and Jonathan, I got a thumbs up from Miguel. I walked out with a new phone and all my memory intact on my new phone! The finest phone store I ever worked with. Probably the most enjoyable experience I've ever had a phone store. Getting a new phone can be a headache and customer service is usually less than satisfactory, not to mention pushy and sales-y. Miguel was upfront, efficient and easy to chat with. Their staff were equally as friendly and willing to help when needed. Thanks Miguel for the great customer service! It goes a LONG WAY!
