GIANT - Corporate Office

Hello.  I am writing today to compliment one of your employees (managers) Theresa Beck. I started shopping at Giant for a friend who was undergoing chemotherapy.  My shopping experience was a bit overwhelming at first since I didn't know the store. Truly, I swore "friend shopping" was the only time I would step foot in Giant due to my unfamiliarity with the store , its size, and the large number of people.   Over 6 months, I frequented the Union Deposit store while my friend was receiving her treatment down the street.  On numerous occasions, I asked for assistance.  Theresa Beck (just asked her for her name today) was always so helpful. She always appeared genuinely interested in my questions and went above and beyond to meet my needs.  I actually complimented her months ago , speaking to a manager by the name of Mark.  He assured me she would receive the compliment, but I am not sure if she did; thus, the reason for writing you today.Theresa Beck (her kindness, assistance, patience) is the reason why I am now a Giant shopper.  Thank you, Theresa.
