The Orchards MHC

Being here for 14 years I have seen the best and worst times of the Orchards. I am so glad our new owners are trying to make this place the Best again. I have read all the reviews and there will be good and bad ones no matter where you live. I will admit I have had issues but they have been resolved either by Management or if it was my responsiblilty I was given a good explanation of why. Thank you to Management for making this Community one I am proud to call home.

2007 I moved to Orchards Bought my own new home brought it in it is not up to Owners of community to buy the new homes It was always you buy your own new home or move your own home in community I think the new owners are trying to help the people that can't afford new price homes

Vey disappointed! Management here are bullies, rude, they talk about other people. I wish I never moved here.

I lived here for over 10 years. The new people that run it now are really rude and play favorites. If your not there friend you can not do anything. They brake there own rules daily.

Where we live, 10th year. Nice, Quiet community. Lots are spaced out farther in the back. We have a farmer behind us shooting off guns, 6a.m Sunday mornings and now we have construction going.

my wife n I moved in here almost a year ago, n it was the best move we ever made. great neighbors great pool n clubhouse, the workers r so polite n when u need something done they r right there. the office staff r wonderful, polite n helpful. keep up the good work. sincerely dan n kim parkhurst

We moved two months ago and I am very pleased with The Orchards community. It's beautiful and peaceful here. Management is excellent. I love the pool and clubhouse. The community maintenance is excellent.

The Orchards is a breathtakingly appealing park. Despite its requirements of 55+ members it is a safe environment for adult, and child alike. The maintenance team works on improving the grounds, as the office manager does the impossible and makes sure everything is in order, thus making the community a better place for you and your family. Over all their work, as well as their work ethic is, just short of that expected from professionals
