Maybe you can help me. I am trying to reach Rhonda from the Carbondale Solartan. I was told she was the manager and the only one that could help me. Over a year ago I signed up for the level 4 monthly billed package. I have made my monthly payments and rarely tanned. I never skipped a month (which I was told I had to come into the store in person prior to the first to do) I have been trying to cancel my membership since I moved to South Carolina in August in escape an abusive relationship. I even made a trip back to Illinois when I was told I couldn't cancel it over the phone. And at that in person conversation with a girl named Hailey, I was given the cell phone number of Rhonda because the girl said even though I had bank statements to show the payments had been coming out of my account, her records showed I hadn't paid in the last few months and that even if I wanted to tan that day she wouldn't be able to let me, and she definitely could not cancel my membership. She said that this happened often and Rhonda could fix things for me. I have called Rhonda and left messages to no return call and more months of money coming out of my account. I am a single mother of four children who fled to South Carolina to escape an abusive relationship, only to end up being a refugee from the Hurricane this year. I don't have the money for tanning, especially tanning that I am not using. I am hoping this gets their attention so they will stop stealing my money for services I have contacted them to cancel multiple times.
