Murphy Fence Co

Wanted to use them to put up a fence in my yard until they did my neighbor, a 90 year old woman, dirty....Contractors on adjacent lot tore down a portion of her fence and contacted Murphy to replace the portion that was accidentally destroyed. Murphy's Fence came out and tore up some decorative edging and rocks to replace the posts and fence but neglected to re install the rocks and edging prior to installing the the new posts. When her aide called them to tell them they tore up some landscaping that they failed to put back, they said that it wasn't responsibility and that was the contractors job. Well the new posts are in without the edging and stones that surround the other fence posts and it's now impossible to replace without tearing out the posts again. Since when is it OK to tear out landscaping edging when doing a job and not put it back. Their men tore out the rocks and edging and now claim it's not their responsibility to put back what they tore out? HUH?I have never seen a sloppier job and then after taking no responsibility for a crummy finished job, they told the nurses aide too bad they were finished. We have decided to go with Dennisville fence because we do not condone a business taking advantage of an old lady..The first photo shows the original posts with the rock and edging as they are around the other posts that Murphy did not have to replace and the two following photos show the job that Murphy's did after they tore up the downed posts edging and decorative stones and replaced the posts without replacing edging. The finished look is sloppy, does not match the other posts with the edging. The edging and stones were originally put in to keep weeds out from around the posts and to keep a neat appearance..while the posts that were not replaced have the edging intact, the ones that were torn out by Murphy were never put back.,
