Switched from AT&T about a year ago. This store was very courteous, recommended the LG4. So I bought the LG4, screen protector, and insurance. She told me, if I have any issues with the screen protector, to bring it back and they'll replace it free. She also told me, if I have any issues with the phone, the insurance, no matter what, the insurance would take care of it. So, my screen saver is cracked in 3 places and I am having issues with my phone kicking me out of apps, typing on it's own while trying to text, and issues all over the board. I brought the phone back today, one year later, and the lady at the counter told me I had to contact the manufacture of the screen saver, they don't deal with them there, really?? They also said it that my phone was getting older, that's the reason it's acting up. If I pay $3 more dollars a month we could reset it and see if that works, but that doesn't always work. The insurance doesn't cover this. What??? come on! The phone is one year old! Never had this issue the 7 yrs I was with AT&T, with any of their phones. Lady said that's can't do anything else. Very disappointed with this location, and Verizon in general.
