Great online offerings but terrible in person. It is the rare exception that I actually accomplish inside the bank what I went there to accomplish. Even something as simple as cashing a check was a chore. Because it was made out to cash instead of my name they would not accept it and I was forced to drive across town and have the check rewritten.
On another occasion I was in need of a second account. When I no longer needed it and tried to close it I was told that I could not close a single account. I would have to close all my accounts and then open a new account. Rather than close my main account I opted to just empty the unused account. Shortly thereafter they started charging me $10/month to that account for failure to maintain the necessary balance.
I stuck with the bank for many years because I do most of my banking online and therefore the poor customer service was a rare nuisance but after failing to even be able to cash a simple check they will have to work long and hard regain my patronage.
