        Overall

        Had a bearing on a small blower fan go out in a furnace unit [not the main fan] and start screeching. Replacement was very simple and took about 20 minutes. Then I got the bill!! for about $600!! Cost for the fan was immensely exaggerated as well as the labor. He did not advise me before he installed it about the cost or I would have immediately stopped him. My mistake to assume he would be reasonable. I ordered the part myself and gave the new one back to replace the one he installed and told him I was only willing to pay for labor. Ended up in small claims court where he LIED to the judge and said the part I returned was not the same. [It was exactly the same by the same manufacturer} I live in large home and I think he thought he could get by with jacking up the charge and I wouldn't care. This guy is dishonest. .
