Although there have been gaps in my patronage I have gone to this salon for years. Each time i return to be treated in the same professional friendly way i have come to know as a standard here. My hands are exposed to chemicals constanly and are extremely dry so i present a challenge to the best of artists. My tips last until its time for a fill and that is key for me. I suffer from graves disease which is an auto immune condition and am therefore somewhat germiphobic and deeply respect the effort put into maintaining the constant cleanliness at Rose Nails. I was disturbed to read reviews where people said the techs were rough i lean toward thorough. i have been knicked while having tips shaped but this was not carelessness on the part of my manicurist rather it occured when she was smoothing the side edges which is exactly why thier tips last. Of course my skin as i said is in a constant state of drought and a dry spot got caught not a major cut or even alot of blood but they responded quickly and correctly isolating and disposing of blood properly cleaning the area and that makes my heart sing. My uncle who is disabled and diabetic had a horrible experience where he was openly mocked and laughed at while receiving a mani pedi at Fashion Nails. When i heard this i was very angry and the next time he needed to be trimmed i dropped him and my mother at Rose to be treated to mani pedis and when i returned to collect them they were beaming. I was not suprised because again i trust the work ethic cleanliness and respect shown at Rose Nails. Ive also brought my younger sister along with my daughter they were both thrilled and i was impressed by the patience it must have taken to work on wiggly and indecisve girls...i love Rose Nails...this is my family's nail salon!!!
This business is by far the best place to go to get a hair replacement in south east Missouri! I have been impressed with the service as well as the customer service. The owner is very great to work with and professional. winning personality too! if you are looking for a hair replacement in southeast Missouri go check them out!
LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS place!!! Jasmine, Terry, and TK are AMAZING at what they Do! I will never go anywhere else, been going here for a few years now!
Very nice staff. Have always been treated well and nails always look great. They put plastic wrap in the pedi tubs; seems to be sanitary. Overall great experience. I used to go to Jackson nails where the guys working are constantly on their cell phones and that is very aggravating. Have never seen that happen at King Nails
Le's Nails has the best team in cape!!! Very professional and fun. Guarantee satisfaction, make this place your new nails place!!!
Chuck is very nice respectful n family oriented. He's fast n very professional. He is the best n cleanest i have came to in the cape area. That's my new barber shop. Thanks Chuck for cutting my baby up right.
They have a lot of nail techs and they do a good job without charging a lot. They are friendly. They are open on Saturdays and evenings.
Clean shop. I did the lemon drop pedicure. Very relaxing. Feet look and feel great. Mylynn is a very nice person. Prices are reasonable.
Prices are decent and close to wear I go to school. Very fluent in English. Not a big fan of all the extra prices. They are rough with your nails and I wasn't pleased with the young man doing my pedicure. My big toe wasn't painted all the way and when I told them and asked them to fix it it was still not up to par for the price I paid for my nails and toes. Although the basic pedicure provides more than what most do. I'll see if I go back or not.
They are NOT sanitary or hygienic! The guy that did my nails filed my nails so hard that he cut two of fingers, one bled non-stop (see pic). He never discarded the nail file for a new one. He then used some blue liquid to seal it without my permission which burned intensely. As I yelped in pain because my finger felt on fire and swelled up, they all laughed loudly for a few minutes. He put the blue bottle that had touched my bloody fingertip back in his drawer. The polish was all that remained, and he applied that unevenly and with no care. When I went to pay, he charged me $33 for the fill-in and gel polish, but when I asked him to knock off something for cutting me, he accused me of already having a cut finger. When I yelled so the rest of the patrons could hear me "You cut my fingers and made me bleed!" he took off $3. DO NOT EVER GO THERE! They will not use a new nail file, so you never know if someone's blood is on that file. He also never washed his hands, so you never know who's bloody finger your technician or his tools touched just before yours. The next morning, my fingertip is still burning and hurts badly. AVOID KING NAILS - AVOID THE RISK OF INFECTION!
