I rent through Enterprise almost every time when I need a car. My trip to Cape Girardeau was no exception. I wasn't sure of my arrival date so I did not have prior reservations and called the morning of the day I needed a car. I was shocked to find out the rate for a compact car. I arrived to pick up the car about 4:30 pm and had to wait until 6:15 because they were so busy. My bad for not planning ahead better. When I had a chance later that night, I checked online rate and it was about 1/2 the rate I was paying. I also checked Hertz and was able to find an even lower rate there. When I was able to show the staff (Joel) that the rate was substantially less, he adjusted my rate appropriately. Not sure why I was initially charged the outrageous rate and honestly, I was not very pleased, but thanks to Joel making it right, I'm still an Enterprise customer.
i am renting car from November on weekly and monthly basis at that time I never face any problem. But last one and half month I am facing so many issues with the staff in the enterprise. B Bad service and cars are not good. I choose enterprise because of brand, service and good offers.
For the Cape Girardeau UHaul, 740 S Kingshighway StCape Girardeau, MO 63703..... The check engine light came on and the truck wouldn't shift so we called UHaul and they wanted us to drive the unsafe truck there. They ended up towing it and said nothing is wrong. Now they are trying to charge us for the tow, trying to charge for 2 days when we had it 1 day, plus 106 more miles than we drove. Since we couldn’t take it to a gas station they are charging 30 for gas and 30 since they had to fill it. Our bill should have been 84.65 and they are trying to charge us 665.89 DO NOT USE THIS UHAUL!!!!!!
