We bought an Optima from here and we love it. We went on the first cruise and had a ball. I sold car's back in 1992 and the dealerships back then were hot dog bbq's and Frisbee's which you ended up using as a plate to eat off of. As a former car salesman I was shocked at the atmosphere and how they sell. I would have love to work there if I was still selling cars. I have no complaints and I'm driving a very nice car for very little money and had a wonderful cruise with other Cape Coralinean's.
Bruce the Service Advisor who wrote up what my car needed which was a GM Recall is very helpful answering all my questions. I've had my Malibu in previously such as brakes and never had a problem with them. Staff seems to be friendly enough also.
Bought a new Express Van. They made it easy & painless. The staff is 5 Star..
I love this service department. They service all of our Chevys. Just recently I purchased a 2014 Camaro and the whole transaction was a pleasure.
Be careful! They charge a flat diagnostic fee for everything. They do NOT disclose this practice until after they have your car and keys. They had my vehicle for six hours recently for breaks and didn't do the brakes but did charge me the "diagnostic fee." I had to pay it to get my keys back. $100 plus tax! Very disappointed. I will not go there again and my next vehicle will NOT be a Chevy.
I can't sit back and read these reviews and in good consciousness allow myself to do nothing about it:BEWARE: Of comments that keep you away from this place. I almost made a HUGE mistake of not going in due to some very bad comments I read. We purchased not 1 but 2 vehicle's from this place. It took us two months to try and find a place that could beat these guys prices, they didn't'. DON'T: takes someones negative and make it your own! Do your homework on the vehicle you want and then make the drive. BE READY: to deal with humans who treat you like a human and not just a number. Yes they have goals and numbers but their #1 goal is that you walk away with what you need and want. You see, they won't put you into something you can't afford and that you are not head over heels over. I just wish the hundreds of people that walk away (like me) completely satisfied would take the time to say thank you and share their great experience. Anyway, good luck to you in your decision. All I can say it was a HUGE reward for us.
STAY AWAY! They only want to sell you the cars they forget you the minute you leave! My Best Friend bought a car there and they put the wrong brake pads on it before she drove it off the lot and she had to pay $200 somewhere else to have it fixed. The allignment was off as well. So she buys a car for $7000 with the wrong brakes and they don't care. DON'T LET THIS CON ARTIST SELL YOU A CAR! FLORIDA'S NUMBER ONE RIP OFF. They screw people that don't have the know how. No offense to those who don't, just remember to take someone with you who has experience if you can. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO CARE ABOUT OTHERS! Most people are raised to be compassionate and these people know better and choose to be greedy.
I went in to check a price on a vehicle but didn't want to buy for a couple days so that my boyfriend could check it out. I am serious about buying this vehicle, but wanted to know the price and incentives. They refused to tell me either. They were rude and stated that they sold so many cars that they didn't have to deal with anyone that wasn't serious. They just sold one car less and I will tell everyone about this experience.
