Moved from NFM to CC. Submitted Temp Moving Form via person. Result: Failed. No mail fwd. Moved from CC to Central Fl Submitted in Post Office face to face change of address form, marked permanent move. Result: Failed, not a single piece of mail fwd to any of my temp or permanent residences. This included critical tax documents which cost me money and time. Letters takes minimum 6 days to , current count of 9 days to reach me: Ft.Myers/Cape Coral to Sebring Fl. Wow, really!? Someone needs to lose their job, no excuse for such disregard for their job, they just don't care one bit.

mail service is bad. very very late. the employees at the PO are nice however. sometimes it is dark and I have to get the mail the following day

one postal driver passes my house and my neighbors house and delivers to rest of the block . always consistant with the time. my postal person has to come to my house and the next then make a u turn never consistant get mail all different times. i like to know what time cause i saw a kid opening up ailboxes til i yelled out then he stopped. I dont need my mail stolen so would like to know when my mail shoud be here and why doesnt the other one do it would take less then a minute and more common sense

Constantly pushes our mail out the back of our mailbox leaving important mail and purchases on the ground to get rained on

Will not deliver mail if they ave to drive around the block due to construction. Pitiful service. They don't answer phone and when they do, they something derogatory and hang up. Postmaster should be terminated as he is aware of issues. Spoke to post office, under no circumstance will they drive out of their way for a road construction detour to deliver the mail. This post office has absolutely no customer service at all. I have been calling morning, then afternoon, then again at night, several times for about 4 days now about a package they never redelivery and they do not pick up the phone. When they do, they immediately hang it up. This post office seems to be run by disgruntled employees with no rules, regulations or direction. Utterly disappointing and frustrating.

Would be great if they could actually get mail delivered. Mine is constantly being sent back as non deliverable. I have a business in the neighborhood that this Post Office services. Can't seem to get anything delivered at all...

Each & everytime I go to this postoffice, I am not only welcomed by a clean, easy to navigate lobby, but even w/the longest of lines, the staff is efficient, quick, very friendly & ALWAYS WILLING to help w/any questions or needs I have. Always a pleasant visit. :)
