I agree. They are run very unprofessionally. The two apartments I saw were filthy. One was infested with GIANT HORSE FLIES. The lady didn't make it seem like a huge deal. Disgusting. The other apartment reaked of dogs. She told me they were replacing the carpet and it would take a month to be rented. I filled out the app on the contingency that the carpet would be removed, and the next day, when I went to place the application, the apartment was already rented, without so much of a notice? They apparently enjoy wasting your time too. Unless your desperate, save your time, and money.

The people who run this company are VERY unprofessional. The apatments that were shown to me were the dirtiest, nastiest apartments I have ever seen. I moved into an apatment because I was unfortunatly, desperate. I cleaned up the place before I moved in. It was filthy. I moved out and the apatment was in better condition than it was when I moved in! Now, the manager, "Ben" is refusing to refund my deposit. Why you ask? I have no earthly idea. I would not recommend doing business with these people. Don't let the prices fool you. You deffinetely get what you pay for.
