The crooks at Gennaro Realty stole my security deposit. I was a great tenant, always paid on time and never caused an issue. My wife and I took special care to leave the house clean and ready to rent. They knew that my family was moving across the country and would not be able to defend ourselves. They took the opportunity to steal money from my children's plates. I would recommend anyone avoid these miserable excuses for humans. There are plenty of rental companies to chose from in south Florida, take my advice and pick another one. Because Gennaro Realty will not return your security deposit regardless.
