Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The Cape location is as good as the best of any Enterprise location we've rented from - including at least 15 others across the country and on both coasts. They were well staffed and quickly and efficiently handled the steady flow of arriving customers. The location was as busy as some airport rental desks we've experienced in major airports - and the service was excellent, friendly and informative. And they, like all car rental agencies I've used in the past, take the full range of credit cards - and they do not, logically enough, take debit cards to set the contract and allow you to drive off in one of their cars.

An added bonus, they had the same vehicle available that I had just taken to the auto body shop and rented it to me for at lower tier pricing. The SUV was almost new and in excellent condition. Good deal for me - not having to learn the capabilities and quirks of another vehicle. The Cape Coral location experience that I had, reaffirmed my choice of Enterprise, when their prices are right, is the right one.

The service I recieved was great, the car they gave me was horrible! I even asked if the cars were looked over (mechanically) prior to rental and was assured that they were. Well let me tell you this car did not make me feel safe at all especially traveling with my 5 year old daughter. The breaks squeaked and shook, the front end pulled very hard to the left which was very discomforting driving nearly 600 miles through heavy highway traffic. The seat heater kept coming on and the car that claimed to have 28 mpg averaged about 19 instead. Again the customer service at the actual store was great, but the car I received was something I would have expected out of a less established organization. Very disappointed this time in Enterprise!

Very professional and does not use high pressure sales to upgrade your car. The car I ended up with was clean and ran great, I also like that they called to check in,however, it was a much bigger car than I am used to and I found it difficult to drive.
