While the office and maintenance staff (Jessica and Steve, respectively) are great to work with, the upper management and property manager are disrespectful and unprofessional. If you do choose to go with this company, be prepared to lose your security deposit for such terrible offenses as hanging up pictures or not replacing a lightbulb. If they have to paint your rental after you leave, you will pay out the nose for paint AND labor. Also, they will require YOU to leave on utilities and endure extra expenses so that they can complete their move-out procedures, right before they take away your security deposit for returning a clean, well kept unit. Replacing three mini-blinds (that were broken when I moved in), two light bulbs and filling nail holes in one room cost me $477.01 of my security deposit. BEWARE!!! If you have the option of using any other property management company, I would advise you do so.
I have to start by saying about 2 years ago I applied and was denied due to my credit. I was upset and had a bad taste about this company. They told me if I fixed my credit I could reapply. I moved in with family for sometime and worked on my credit then got burned when I rented with another management company. I found this house down the road and it had a Rossman sign. I hesitated but applied and was approved! After what happened a couple years ago I didn't trust them but they were right. My credit was the issue and now I am happy in a nice home thanks to Rossman.
