The worst experience I have ever had to deal with. They were the first location to ask me for information that no other enterprise had asked me for, including out of the US. They hounded me for their insurance that I kindly declined multiple times. They did not send me the rental agreement that is required to be given to me, then argued with me to simply e-mail it to me. They claimed they couldn't e-mail it at all but when I stated my insurance needed it, they quickly sent it. I asked them to change my phone number and that was apparently another hassle for them and they couldn't do that for me either. I spoke to multiple managers to try and explain my concern and no one seemed to ever be able to resolve this incompetency. Like I said, I have rented previously from other Enterprise locations and have NEVER been treated the way I was treated at this specific location or dealt with the things I had to deal with. Will NEVER rent from here and will tell anyone and everyone to STAY AWAY!
The service I recieved was great, the car they gave me was horrible! I even asked if the cars were looked over (mechanically) prior to rental and was assured that they were. Well let me tell you this car did not make me feel safe at all especially traveling with my 5 year old daughter. The breaks squeaked and shook, the front end pulled very hard to the left which was very discomforting driving nearly 600 miles through heavy highway traffic. The seat heater kept coming on and the car that claimed to have 28 mpg averaged about 19 instead. Again the customer service at the actual store was great, but the car I received was something I would have expected out of a less established organization. Very disappointed this time in Enterprise!
Very professional and does not use high pressure sales to upgrade your car. The car I ended up with was clean and ran great, I also like that they called to check in,however, it was a much bigger car than I am used to and I found it difficult to drive.
