The villa we rented was dirty and mildew and no hot water. She didn´t respond and walked into our villa while we were absent. Worst experience ever!

From Business: I'm here to help with your needs of real estate. The world of real estate may seem a daunting place. Whatever is your particular need, a professional real estate …
Unethical and unlawful business practice. Does not take care of their properties or their tenants. Disgusting, selfish people.
They hold payment for no reasons, and don't answer landlord questions. Bad attitude. Landlords be aware.
Beware, they will attempt to keep your security deposit claiming damages that have been documented in initial walkthrough. Keep all photos you take for your battle. they will do anything possible to keep your deposit.
Don't pull in the driveway unless you like dishonest management! This is the bottom of the barrel business.
Cancelled a booking for next Feb/Mar three months ago. Received a refund check of the deposit which then had a "stop payment" placed on it by BlueSky. They do not return phone calls and the one email I received two months ago said they would issue a replacement refund check which I have yet to see. DO NOT deal with this company as they have no respect for their clients.
Terrible company to deal with. They have 12 complaints with the Better Business Bureau. We stayed at a property they managed in March 2015 and so far have had no luck getting our security deposit refunded. Lots of similar complaints. Do not rent from the company unless you are willing to forfeit your deposit.
While the office and maintenance staff (Jessica and Steve, respectively) are great to work with, the upper management and property manager are disrespectful and unprofessional. If you do choose to go with this company, be prepared to lose your security deposit for such terrible offenses as hanging up pictures or not replacing a lightbulb. If they have to paint your rental after you leave, you will pay out the nose for paint AND labor. Also, they will require YOU to leave on utilities and endure extra expenses so that they can complete their move-out procedures, right before they take away your security deposit for returning a clean, well kept unit. Replacing three mini-blinds (that were broken when I moved in), two light bulbs and filling nail holes in one room cost me $477.01 of my security deposit. BEWARE!!! If you have the option of using any other property management company, I would advise you do so.
I have to start by saying about 2 years ago I applied and was denied due to my credit. I was upset and had a bad taste about this company. They told me if I fixed my credit I could reapply. I moved in with family for sometime and worked on my credit then got burned when I rented with another management company. I found this house down the road and it had a Rossman sign. I hesitated but applied and was approved! After what happened a couple years ago I didn't trust them but they were right. My credit was the issue and now I am happy in a nice home thanks to Rossman.
This company is not a great one! Expect to be billed for normal wear and tear when you move out plus another months rent!!!!! NEVER rent from them!!!
