The WORST morning customer service! I went one morning recently and ordered thru the drive thru. The person taking my order got it wrong when she repeated it back to me. I repeated it back to her and she repeated it back to me correctly. When I received my order she still got it wrong. The next morning when I ordered I received my order, I said thank you to the person working and she replied "yup" and shut the window. These women need to stay working in the back with this kind of service and attitude.
Good food, clean, good service. Wish it were in a better location, but worth the drive. Definitely recommend this Subway.
Managers constantly yelling at staff for something they didn't do, then poor service. I had to wait for my food while the managers' told the staff to work on other tasks instead of fulfilling the customer's order. I even caught one of the manager's staring at one of the female workers. If this does not change, I will make sure McDonald's will no longer have my money.
THE worst service ever... we will not be doing business there again. I don't care what planet you are from you do not treat people the way you do. Furthermore, it is a CHICKEN restaurant - at 7:00 in the evening on a Saturday you have no chicken. I did not realize that I need to call in an order for a #4. Never mind I guess we will drive the extra 20 miles just for take out chicken. Your employees seem to think it's okay to blow off your local customers..that's fine.. I know we will NOT be spending our money at your so called restaurant.
while trying to order food from the drive thru had the employees making farting noises. horrible place!! with a bunch of disrespectful children!
