They do very good work for us. They are prompt and work hard. Because of our disabilities it is very important that they help us keep our apartment clean.

This company serviced my grandmother’s home yesterday, we are having a 4th of July party there and they did not vacuum the downstairs 2 rooms in the basement. They left every single mirror in the bathrooms untouched and skipped the kitchen microwave. All of these items were asked of them by my grandmother when they did the estimate. We are not very satisfied with this service and when brought to the managers attention just about 2 hours after the girls left they told us that they would not return because we should have noticed and pointed the items out before the girls left the house. Not to mention the tile in the kitchen is sticky and has about 10 foot prints on it from them walking on a clean floor. Sorry Merry Maids I wished you would have returned to the house so we would not have had to leave a bad review. Not to mention the $280 for just 4 hours!
