        I had an appointment for the Car Care Package… Complete vehicle inspection, tire rotation with other services, electronic battery check and tire air pressure check. I also added an oil change. When I picked up my car and drove it home, I noticed due to a red dot that was on one of my one tire forever… That it was still in the same position. Obviously, there was no tire rotation. Probably only an oil change! …. Forgetting the rest of the paid for Car Care Packsge. So I called and I was told that a lot of tires have red or yellow dots. This is not the case with my car. There was one red dot on one tire. I said I did not want to come back for a rotation. I just was calling to let them know my tires were never rotated. I am extremely disappointed and feel totally ripped off… Since this was a serious check before 1000 mile drive that I have to take…. I think I won’t be going back for that special anymore. Cheaters!!!!!! I would give it no stars if I could!
