I just want to tell you that I drive thru in the mornings about 4:30 am on my way to work to get coffee even in those early morning hours your staff if amazing. Always pleasant always great service. Today I ordered, pulled up to pay, drove up to get my coffee and she was holding it out the window as I pulled up.Thank You for starting my day off with excellent service and a smile.
Employees acted if I was a pain because I needed 6 subs. Last time I was there everything was great.
Absolutely ridiculousNachos were stale No cheese in the nacho cheese cupsMy chicken quesdilla was not warm like it was not cooked and we tried to wat at this location 3 times now Since this was the 3rd time i experienced bad service i than called not for a refund or anything but to allow them to know theu arent doing well and the lady BRANDY calls me a lier says she cooked it herself and HANGS UP ON ME! so tomorrow i will be calling HQ and the store again to talk to a day shift managerI WILL FROM NOW ON DRIVE EXTRA TO LOUISVILLE OR CLEVELAND AVE TO GET MY TACOBELL I AM DONE WITH THIS LOCATION
This McDonalds is the worse for service. We pulled in there today and had about 8 orders. This was around 9:15am. They must have had a new person at the register, which I don't mind, but I felt sorry for the cashier, because you could tell she was overwhelmed. Everyone saw it, but they just let it happen. When we questioned about the wrong orders, another person stepped up and was very rude. For 8 orders, it took us almost 20 minutes to get somewhat right....not a good experience at all.
My daughter and her friend got food poisoning from this Taco Bell last night. I called the manager and she tells me that there is no way that these two girls got food poisoning. I'm sorry, but I just left Stat Care and my daughter and her friend were perfectly fine until they ate from there last night. The manager didn't do anything!!! I will not eat from this Taco Bell ever again!!!
