Is it any wonder why customers are abandoning this company? It has to be the culture that breeds such incompetence in all the employees. I recently called to question an erroneous charge on my bill. I was told in February 2014 my fees were fixed for one year, but two months later a separate $12 charge for a set top box magically appeared. When I called in April and July, Time Warner acknowledged their mistake and credited the bill, and also assured me that the charge would no longer appear. But it just kept comin'. I called last week, got frustrated and ended up talking to the Retention Department. Now wouldn't you think that people in that department would be trained to calm irate customers and strike up a good deal? Instead, I get some black chick who immediately cops an attitude, tells me I'm wrong, makes no apology for Time Warner's mistake, and sends me along my way. When I asked to speak to her supervisor, I was told that I would receive a call in 24-48 hours. That call never came. Uverse is coming for my installation this afternoon. If I could rate this company with negative stars, I would.

why give a number for a business that helps you in no way possible. called to get business hours it gave me one choice and that was to take a survey then when it was done it hung up and said thank you goodbye. waste of my time!!!!
