Used to have great cuts of steak, unfortunately they have switched to a cheaper provider. They have definitely sacrificed quality for profit. I have been going here since it originally opened and it used to be my favorite resteraunt, now i have no interest in eating here any longer.
Parking was great along with the atmosphere. Kahlia (our server) and Jennifer, manager on the floor made the experience memorable. Highly recommended.
Recently I ordered sushi from this restaurant over the phone and they told me it would be available in 15 minutes. I went there 20 minutes later and they said it would be another 15 minutes. I finally got my sushi but found one was missing after I got home. I called them right away but it seemed that they "could not" hear me. I tried calling again several times, using two different phones, but they still "could not" hear me. Obviously they knew my phone number and did not want to talk to me over the phone. Then I had to go there and pick it up myself - another 30 minutes round trip.I have never seen a restaurant doing business like that. They avoided talking to me because they knew I could ask for a refund or ask them to send it to my house. But pretending not being able to hear me over the phone was really ugly - so dishonest!When I was picking up the missing sushi, the manager did not even apologize - shame on you! I will never go back to this restaurant again.
