Terrible service do not use! I paid $28 for overnight shipping for a refrigerator part and it took three days to get it. Had to throw large coolers of food away. When I called they said it was overnight "business days" and I had to pay extra to truly get it overnight. No concern whatsoever for customers. Ridiculous.
I ordered a dryer blower fan for a Kenmore Dryer. Paid to have it shipped to me by September 6-7, 2016. Part was not on time and when I called them to find out what was going on they hung up on me 3 times. They were rude and their customer service stunk. I told them I wanted my shipping and handling fees refunded and they hung up on me the first time, left me on hold for more than 30 minutes the second time (then hung up on me), and finally the guy I actually got a little help from told me the Manager refused to refund my fees (even though they promise to refund without question if their is a shipping issue). The third guy hung up on me when I asked to speak with a Manager higher than his direct Supervisor. I called back yet again and was finally given the Supervisors Managers name and contact information. I will call Monday to see what she may, or methinks may not do.
Truly impressive service! I have not only gotten correct parts from them a couple times with no trouble, but also correct, honest advice, and the video's are good.
The best part, however was last week after I picked up an electric dishwasher fill valve, I dropped it a couple feet down to a ceramic tile floor and broke it.
I called to order another one and after I told them why I needed it, I was given a brand new valve for free! Of course, they did caution me to be careful with the second one !

I talked to an extremely helpful lady at Repairclinic for a microwave bracket. We identified the part and I confirmed it on the computer after she gave me the item number and website address.
She noticed from my address that I lived near the store and gave me the option of coming over to get it. I was happy to do so. I will keep their number and address and do business with them in the future. I'm not much of a do-it-yourself type, but things break, so it is good to know where to get the parts.

If you are a do-it-yourselfer, RepairClinic is the place to go.
The people at the counter are very helpful. The store is open on weekends and I've never run into an out-of-stock item. You can check the price and availability online. Their website is really easy to use and it has a super search feature... just have your model number and the part needed. It even helps you find the part by physical description if you're not sure.
I've been repairing my own appliances for decades and I won't do business anywhere else. I drive 45 miles to go here and I pass a dozen other places on the way there.

Repairclinic isn't a company I'll ever do business with again. They sent me an ice maker of over a hundred bucks. When I opened it to install, the directions had been damaged and there were parts missing. After holding forever to talk to a rude customer service lady she unapologetically told me to contact them via a web request form as there were no engineers available to assist me. After further discussion, she agreed that she'd send me the missing parts and that I should log an online request for help as she didn't have any instruction sheets she could send out. There was absolutely to commitment to quality or solving my problem, I got a sense she was late for something or at least didn?t like talking to customers. When I asked to return the incomplete and damaged product she pointed out that I was over my 30 day return policy and that she couldn?t help me. When I said I really didn?t want to ice maker anymore, she mockingly offered to cancel sending out the spare parts since I clearly didn?t want them.
This is not a company I would associate with competence. The only silver lining for me is that with this kind of service, I?m sure they won?t be in business long.
