If you want nails that will last long, DO NOT GO HERE! I got a full set of acrylic nails done. Four days later, yes FOUR, I was simply zipping up my jacket when the tip of my nail completely chipped and fell off! Then, as i was opening a piece of mail, the same thing happened. I called to complain and they said that wouldn't have someone in that does acrylic nails until 3 days from then. What kind of nail place doesn't have a person who does acrylic nails there all the time?? I would not recommend going here.




Any place that hires employees who are childish enough to counter a negative review and insult a customer is severely unprofessional and should be avoided at all costs.




i've been here probably 10 or so times, and every time i leave asking myself why i went back. kind of like a boyfriend you need to get away from but don't. first of all, the website says a 'classic' manicure should be 25-30 minutes...i've never left there in under an hour. i don't have time to sit there for an hour and 40 minutes just basically getting polish changed. second of all, every employee i've ever dealt with (except one, whom i found out quit, no surprise) always has an attitude and a dirty mouth around customers and are wicked to their co-workers. i don't know what happens behind closed doors, but they truly seem like they hate their job. and all i have to say is if you hate your job that much, please don't work with the public. third and last, i think the prices and all the stupid charges are obnoxious. $6 charge for gel polish? give me a break. i walked out of there paying 40 dollars for literally a little nail filing which you can't even tell i had, and polish, and to be the nail techs therapist about the "lazy" people at the front desk. the people at the front desk are always very nice and friendly.



Not going back

It was my first time here. Made an appt the same day about three hours in advance but I got there five minutes early. I was told to sit and someone would be with me shortly. Twenty minutes went by while country music was going loudly over the speakers. (Soothing music is acceptable, not commercials about car care and then country songs). I wasn't told to pick a nail color or anything and when I explained what I wanted (french manicure with a bright color tip) confusion arose. So we had to hash that out. Have no idea why.

So we get to the actual doing of the nails. This tech made the buffer go over not only my nails but my skin as well. It's not comfortable. And then starts doing the tip color first instead of the base....and it comes out horrid. I have strands of thread in my polish and the lines are uneven and smudged. And I get a completely clear coat over the it's not even a true French manicure.

And just so you don't think I'm a uneducated person who just wanted to complain. I grew up in the salon business. I have had several manicures especially French ones. They've never been this horrid. Wish they could get a negative review.

I had a very nice experience at Luv's in Canton. Elaine really did the job well and I felt very pampered! my first time with Shellac's and I think i'm addicted. the chair & foot soak tub were clean & very nice. relaxing & enjoyable!




I had the greatest experience I have ever had at this salon. I decided to spoil myself and get the Lottsa Hottsa LUV Pedicure with the hot oil. The girl did a GREAT job, with a great massage. It was amazing! I can't wait to go back and bring some of my girlfriends with me!




This place has no concept of appointment time. I made an appointment 4 days in advance for a pedicure. Received a phone call they were running behind (which I appreciated); checked in a half hour later as they requested and waited another half hour! I approached the front desk about it, and they were clueless that I was even waiting. Once they finally "found" my name in the computer another worker said it would be about 10 more minutes and offered to get me soaking while I waited! Needless to say, I left never to return, and most certainly will tell all my friends if they plan on going here to have at least 3 hours to spare!
