Great Place to Buy an RV

My wife and I just purchased our second Puma travel trailer from H&W. The staff are straightforward, polite, helpful and honest. There are no hidden fees or junk charges. The price they say is the price you pay.

On both campers we had several upgrade requests H&W's technicians did them quickly and with high quality.

If you want to deal with good people buy from H&W

Guy yelled at me on the phone.

Zero personality when I called to rent a camper, I thought maybe they were just having a bad day. Nope, when I went in to prepay and sign the paperwork so my husband could pick it up the next day, I felt like I was dealing with people who had been possible pods recently, I'm talking zero. Then we accidentally left some fireworks under the queen bed (it was 4th of July), we called them and it had gone out and they claimed they did not find them. They refused to call the people on their cell just to say ""Hey the people before you left something, just letting you know it's there and they would really like it back when you guys get back"". And they were nasty to me on the phone and yelled at me saying that I had contraband on their camper. They were those packets of gas station fireworks, not contraband, but it was about $200 worth. They claim to not have found them when the camper was returned. The was really short and rude. I guess they don't want any return business. I left the camper immaculate too, their loss.
