2 tellers 10 customers. 2 bankers who sat and held conversation not offering to help anyone. They closed the drive thru so customers are forced to stand and wait while one teller has a lengthy conversation with a customer about nothing to do with banking. While we waited in line we all took a poll and it was determined that 8 out of 10 would prefer to wait in the drive thru and not the bank! Additionally we all used the drive thru. This is poor service!
