Ordered a washer and dryer less than 2 weeks ago. The dryer doesn't work properly. Not drying for up to 2 - 3 times. Called their service department and the rudest woman answered the phone. I asked for the manager and she said no. I told her she was rude and I need to talk to your manager and she told me she was in a different building and she again got rude and I called her a name and hung up. I don't get angry but that woman talked to me like a dog. I called ABC. The receptionist told me their service department was in the same building around the corner from her. WOW. This woman is allowed to work and talk to customers that way. Still waiting for a manager to call back.

Only giving one star because zero isn't an option. Ordered a washer and dryer, the day of delivery the driver calls and says they will be delivering shortly but don't have the dryer. My salesperson never called to let me know the warehouse didn't have the dryer in stock. If that was the case I would have held delivery until both units could be delivered. Instead of unhooking both and moving them. I call to the store and my salesman is off for the day, so another gentleman helps me and says he will call me back after he contacts the warehouse. An hour later he says that the warehouse should be getting a shipment in within the next week, I explain I understand but it's very inconvenient to a customer to have to wait and set up another date and hook my old dryer back up. He brushed me off and said it wasn't there fault, while I heard another person in the background saying things as well. After being transferred to a manager and assured my issue was going to be taken care of, the manager as well did not follow through and call me back. My original salesman who "was off" was mysteriously there to call me back and say we will call you when we get the dryer in stock. A week later I still have no dryer and no one has even called me. From salesperson to management no one follows through. I even contacted regional management with no return call. I spent $1800 and still have no dryer and no explanation. Worst customer service and sales I have ever dealt with. Will never be back, and getting a refund for dryer.
Ordered two refrigerators expensive the first one came with a dent and the second with a scratch. 3 weeks in between, I had to followup and be majorly inconvenienced. Still not resolved. No customer service, no follow-up. Never again will I shop here.
