When it first opened, it was good. It is not worth what they charge. The last time I went, the buffet area was a mess, food was all over the floor. The tables were not clean. Nobody took our extra plates. The sushi tasted old and I paid for it, I was sick for a couple days after we ate here...Advice: DON'T SERVE OLD FOOD! WASH YOUR HANDS! PRACTICE PROPER FOOD HANDLING! Won't eat here again...
Very disappointed in this restaurant! We were hoping it would be good because it's the only Chinese buffet around but sadly the variety is lacking and there is nothing that differentiates the lunch from the dinner menu even though the dinner menu is priced higher- the only thing we liked was the fried shrimp which is only on the dinner menu- no outstanding food - the offering consists of the least expensive foods available and there is nothing that you would be looking forward to going back for. Try Pacific off of 575 exit 1 - way better - great variety and with all the business they get you can be sure the food is always fresh- too bad about Ichiban ! They are so much closer to us but definitely not worth it :((
Looking for a Japanese steakhouse one day. Thought we tried Hanna. We didn't try the hibachi because my wife wanted to eat the noodle soup. We waited for 45 minutes. When they finally brought her meal, it was fried noodles. She sent it back. They apologized and said they had a new chef who never cooked noodle soup before. They said they were going to fix and take care of it. About 30 minutes later, the soup was ready. It smelled fishy and did not taste right. Later they gave me a 10% discount. By the way, I first wanted to order sushi rolls, but the guy who made sushi sneezed and blew his nose several times, so I decided to order cooked meal instead.
I'd give it zero stars, but that's not an option!Just awful! Just got back from Outback Canton, went with some friends of ours...Worst experience at an Outback ever! I would've complained to the manager, but couldn't find her and we needed to leave to run some errands before the stores we were going to closed. It took so long for us to get out food, and then finally for her to come take payment, and then finally return our receipts to us...The appetizers were awful! The onion was TINY and BURNED!!!...the Aussie Cheese Fries came out HALF their normal order size. The steaks we ordered were horrible! My husband and I both got rib eyes, ordered them medium, and they came out well done and nasty. We didn't complain because we don't send food back. No thank you. Were both worked in the restaurant business when we were younger, and we know what happens to food when it is sent back to the kitchen...We also didn't complain because we weren't looking for a free meal. When we finally got payment done and were ready to finally leave, we couldn't find the manager anywhere. I wanted to let her know our dissatisfaction AFTER we paid so she didn't think we were trying to get free meals. She only needed to look at the leather that was my steak though, to know that we weren't looking for freebies! We will NEVER come back to the Outback in Canton, ever! Hell, I may not be able to convince my husband to ever return to any Outback, anywhere!
Terrible service with decent sushi at best. We didn't get our first sashimi order until the kids had seen the hibachi show and were almost done eating. We had to call it a night after nearly two hours of waiting for the rest of our all-you-can eat sushi order, but not because we were full, instead because we had to wait on average 30 minutes between each roll and because our server was rushing us out. If they delay sushi orders and rush you out of the restaurant, I would hardly call it "all you can eat."Only one of the five of us got a refill despite asking, which was funny since the waiter was bragging to us about his numerous happy, repeat customers; no wasabi, ginger, or chopsticks with our rolls; the sushi rolls were grocery store grade at best (covered in bland or overwhelming sauces).Overall I was extremely dissatisfied with our service, which made the whole experience unenjoyable. The only possibly redeeming quality was the extremely friendly and entertaining hibachi chef, who is the only reason I feel okay giving them more than zero stars.
