Stepping Stones Child Care

Both my son and daughter have attended Stepping Stones for almost 3 years. My daughter is school age, so she has stayed at Stepping Stones on days off or in after care, and my son has attended preschool and pre-k at Stepping Stones. Stepping Stones has a great owner and management that ensure the facility runs at high standards. When possible, they implement improvements to the cleanliness and educational structure of their facility. I have seen Stepping Stones progress in the last few years to provide great childcare and learning. All the staff that I have met are very kind and nurturing to the children. I would definitely recommend this child care facility.

The lady below is crazy. This is the best daycare ever. The director Therese is amazing. She is polite and the kids LOVE HER. She is a knowitall when it comes to kids but she has the experiance and can tell you what is wrong before the doctor even! My daughter had a rash and the director told me exactly what to use to clear it up and it worked. The girls in the room are great and always give me a full update and fill in the reports. If I forget diapers they let me borrow them. I cant rave enough.

I never write reviews, but this establishment has encouraged me to do so. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone! My daughter had multiple diaper rashes due to insufficient diaper changes. They always tried to blame her diet when I'd try and discuss with them rather than just making sure to change her appropriately throughout the day. She was sick constantly with a runny nose and cough due to poor hygiene in the classrooms. The communication is seriously lacking between the teacher/parent and parent/management. The daily sheets were hardly ever filled out and we never knew anything about her day. Completely clueless as to what went on in there. Also, the owner is pure evil. She is conniving and extremely unprofessional with no accountability. Not at all a problem solver, just gets defensive and places blame. Same with the director, she is just as unprofessional and unaccountable.
