Brian Pinson - State Farm Insurance Agent

Brian's office is awesome. Wonderful service and great rates. Every interaction has been wonderful and I always refer my friends and family.

Liars, crooks and thieves. several times, mistakes were made to my policy and nothing was done to right the wrong. I initially went to this office to set up liability insurance. when I received my quote, it felt quite high and I even asked why, and the woman said because I "had never had insurance before".... 3 months later, and over a hundred dollar difference a month I was found out I had actually had FULL coverage for those months, even though I didn't agree to it. And when I mentioned this to my agent, she pretty much said "well the most I can do is lower it to liability only". Fast forward, I buy a new car, and was told over the phone my payment would be 180 a month for full coverage. I get my first bill, and its 220 a month, plus a 56 dollar "change in policy fee" (which I was told I would receive this fee for 3 more months, and the reason as to why was never made clear to me, even though Jeanie made it seem like I WAS THE ONE who was an idiot... ) bringing my monthly total to 280 a month after fees. 280 a month? For insurance? Ive been a policy holder for over 2 years. No accidents EVER. No tickets EVER. and somehow I pay 280 a month??? I mosied on ever to Geico and found I could get BETTER insurance (higher limits, less deductible) for 130 a month. So guess who canceled their State Farm policy? Phone calls never returned at State Farm, I had gotten the "ill call you back in a few minutes" bit from Jeanie multiple times, only to have to call back the next day because she had "left the officer" before she managed to return my call the same day. Never again will I deal with State Farm nor the dim witted morons at Brian Pinson's office.
