Terrible Customer Service again. Love how I am overcharged and inconvenienced; but still being treated like I'm wrong. Bought BOGO items last week, charged full price for both. Called and spoke to CS, was told gift card for price of 1 item would be waiting for me. Even though per the Publix Promise should be refunded price for both items. Card was not ready, then Manager Debbie basically accused me of lying, very unprofessional, rude and basically refused to comply with the Publix Promise. I finally was like just give me my refund back to my card. Oh that will take 7-10 days and only refunding cost of 1 item..... Uggghhh-I WILL NEVER SHOP AT PUBLIX AGAIN!!!!!
