Terrible Customer Service again. Love how I am overcharged and inconvenienced; but still being treated like I'm wrong. Bought BOGO items last week, charged full price for both. Called and spoke to CS, was told gift card for price of 1 item would be waiting for me. Even though per the Publix Promise should be refunded price for both items. Card was not ready, then Manager Debbie basically accused me of lying, very unprofessional, rude and basically refused to comply with the Publix Promise. I finally was like just give me my refund back to my card. Oh that will take 7-10 days and only refunding cost of 1 item..... Uggghhh-I WILL NEVER SHOP AT PUBLIX AGAIN!!!!!
Horrible place with atrocious customer service. They lied straight to our face about an insurance policy for a cell phone and didn't follow through. The assistant manager of the store was completely out of line and wouldn't even offer us an apology for how one of his employees treated us. They didn't even ask for our names and wouldn't help us but made sure to insult us by off-base, false accusations. If you don't want to be treated like a number and sold worthless warranties/protection policies by corporate scam artists, I highly recommend you shop else where.
