Total joke!!! I have been canceled on 3 different times after already arriving for the appointment. They keep saying that they called and left messages!! ON A NUMBER, THAT I HAVE MADE VERY CLEAR ATLEAST 5 TIMES , IS NOT MINE ANYMORE ! God knows who they are leaving our messages to! And we live far so it is super inconvenient to get all the way there and get cancelled on! And all they care about it the copay!! That is made super clear by office staff! They have a horribly high turnover of staff, it's quite scary! Don't know why I stayed this long, but I will never go back , ever !!
The doctors actually listen at this practice! So caring. They have explained my labs, even when they are normal. I feel in charge of my health, instead of having pills being tossed my way. I trust my doctor. who I believe is actually a nurse practitioner, with my health and life.

My pharmacy was told it had been 2 years since I had been in. I am a regular patient. The receptionist hung up on me the 2nd time I called back after being on hold 7 minutes the previous time I called. They have turnover in staff and administration like you wouldn't believe, and they wonder why...
The receptionist told me several different things each time I called...it was bizarre..she obviously didn't know what she was talking about and kept making things up.

Staff is rude, girl at desk wants that all important $20.00 co-pay before anything else, and if you don't have it they won't see you even if you have insurance. Won't bill later for the $20.00. That $20.00 is much more important than my ailment. I go to the doctor once a year and I would like to get a flu shot. They don't have any because they can't afford it. They are affliated with the hospital, why can't they get a small supply from them? Why should I have to go to Walgreens for a flu shot? something I think should be handled in a doctors office Dr. Button is useless and too busy doing nothing for his patients. That is why I am on this site, to find a doctor who does care. That 15min thing is a load of 'you know what'. Also, You only get about 2 min of some other doctor, and each year it is a different doctor, he can't seem to keep the help there to long either.
