This school is the absolute worst. The classes are bare minimum, with poor teaching. I work full time and thought this would be a good option for my schedule. Instead I wasted not only my time going into a class every day, with a teacher who spent half the time off topic, and spent the other half of the time arguing with the class, but also wasting my time after a long day of work studying and trying to teach myself what I should've been learning in class. They allege they will help you with Externship opportunities and assistance finding a job. My externship consisted of the school placing me in a random individuals house, not an office, her living room. She 'worked from home' and i was to also work from her home. I had to fight her to give me even minimum wage for the duration of the time I was to spend working for her. My current job has tried calling the "billing office" they had me working for which has a disconnected phone number and from what i am told, doesn't exist. At the time, I was working two jobs and still making the time to stop by this school regularly to try and talk to somebody about the giant mess this all is. Mind you, once they attain all your financial aid information, good luck getting ahold of anybody to speak to about any of your paperwork. I had the best intention of building a career and bettering my life and instead, this school was the worst decision I ever made, and I am still paying for it till this day. This ruined me financially, I'm stuck with a big fat student loan bill every month, and I don't even have any paperwork to show for it. Do not go here.

I was a student at vcmc for one term and had to transfer out to California Career College a much better school with better an actual Director of Nursing and actual instructors. Vcmc didnt have teachers for weeks they dont have things organized they promised me things and in the end got got screwed by them. Im glad I did because I found a great school with an awesome lvn program they are legit not on a provisional and just got approved for the RN bridge program. DO NOT GO to this school for the LVN.. all the do is sell something that doesnt exist. If you ddon't believe me talk to the current students that are about to graduate all I hear are horror stories about the program. Keep researching go to a better school.
