Jason was extreme professional in handling my claim. In fact the entire organization was outstanding. There were several options presented regarding my vehicle and he truly had my best interest in mind. He even helped with a unrelated issue with my door. He spent 30 minutes of his time to help me fix a problem that had annoying me for several months. Do not stand behind their repairs

My car was rear-ended and had it repaired at this shop in November 2010. At the time of repair, my wife had informed Dennis, the owner, about a highly intermittent false alarm issue that was observed with the car after the accident. Dennis didn't think that this issue had anything to do with the accident, of course he quoted his 30 years of experience at that time. He fixed the obvious rear bumper issue. We continued to have the intermittent alarm issue for the last couple of months. We took the car to dealer shop and couple of other places with no luck in finding the root cause of the problem. Around last week the issue became less intermittent, and one of the local repair shop owners was able to narrow it down to rear trunk which does not close properly, hence the alarm sensor in the trunk gives out false "trunk open" signal causing the alarm to go off. Besides this issue, during this rainy season, we also noticed that the moisture is seeping into the trunk. Now I have two symptoms (alram + moisture) pointing to a rear trunk issue. When I talked to Justin at Class N Color last week, he remembered that we had complained about the alarm issue and told us to contact our insurance company and get the claim re-opened. I did just that this morning with no issues. Then I called Dennis, the owner of Class N Color, this morning to setup an appointment, he gave me an appointment for next week. He also seemed to have forgotten about the alarm complains at the time of original repair (Justin at this shop remembered it last week! He was very rude and told me that he has to diagnose the problem with the trunk which will take long time and insurance will cover only $30, etc. etc. Bottom line, he didn't want to work on it , didn't stand behind his first diagnosis. Very very poor customer service and no ownership. I will NOT take any business back to him, and recommend that you don't either.

In repsonse to the customers complaint, I Dennis owner of Class n Color did "indeed fix the obvious bumper issue" as stated but the customer. This is what I got paid to do per the insurance companies $661.81 estimate on replacing the rear bumper ONLY on the owners 2002 maxima mind you... The issue with the trunk and "...alarm sensor in the trunk giving out false signals?..." was not found to be accident related per the insurance company therefore was not addressed. We insalled a new bumper on the vehicle which we were contracted to do by the insurance company making us nor the insurance company responsible for other unlated issues that the customer is having with his vehicle. We stand behind our workmanship 100% and thank our valued customers for allowing us to serve them over the last 35 years.

I recently had repair work don...

I recently had repair work done on my bumper and side panel and I had a wonderful experience. I was talked through the entire process and given various options. My car was ready when they said it would be and the price was very reasonable. The work was top notch, you can't tell the car was damaged. I received many compliments from others who were familiar what my car looked like before the repair. I will highly recommend them to anyone who asks.



Class N Color is the best in town!

Class N Color is run by a very personable father and son team. As their name depicts, they offer customer service with class and their auto body work is the best in town. I discovered them in 2007 when my insurance company sent me to them. In the accidents I've had since then, each time, claims adjusters with other insurance companies have also been familiar with Class N Color and their first-class work. They have an excellent reputation and are also well-liked. This is a place where you can trust that your car is in good hands.




I wished I knew about Cass N Color Auto Collision Center years ago. Having 4 kids with all the accidents...I have done business with them twice now and will go nowhere else. They are friendly and Professional besides doing great work in record time.

Great Experience

My wife was in an accident and the car was in bad shape! When I asked around, everyone said to take it to Class N Color in Canoga Park. So Happy I did! They took care of all the hassles for me with the insurance company and returned the car in 1 week in perfect condition. Their work is unbelievable and the guys in the shop were awesome!
