My daughter went to Bob Brown, long story short...less than a month after buying $7,000.00 car, exhaust manifold gasket went and some lights on that won't go off. I understand things go wrong with used cars, but when I explained "again" that she's a young, single hard working new mother and it isn't right for her to pay to fix car, $500 (as quoted by a mechanic he suggested) he told her, "I'm not paying the whole amount, I'll pay $250! Really?!?! After just getting $7,000 for the car! I know there is no lemon law in NC, but there is such thing as word of mouth and good business. In my opinion, this isn't good business. You make your own choice from this story...you would think $7,000 would get your child a reliable car, I'm thinking...not from Bob Brown!!!
