They need help. Too much "On Line" business holds up their in-line customers. The food is good but you really have to wait...and wait...and wait. The parking lot is also not "user friendly." Whoever designed it should go back to the drawing board. Employees are courteous; however, I have noticed much employee turnover these past few months, which is never a good sign. Establishing a better system to fill the on-line orders and redesigning the parking lot would be most helpful to this establishment. If you plan to eat here in the evening, give yourself at least 90 minutes.
I have lunch at this Chipotle once a week. With any new restaurant there is always a learning curve with any staff. I am not sure of the the young woman's name that is managing this location but, she is professional and has made the staff seem more conscientious of lines and quality of the food. Like any Chipotle the lunch rush is sometimes out the door. They rise to the challenge and fill in where needed. Nice work in my opinion.
I've eaten at Chipotle's all over Ohio, but this is BY FAR the worst one. The service was extremely poor. I waited in line and when they needed to add ingredients to their service line, the staff was off goofing around in the back. The portion sizes were extremely small and the kitchen area wasn't clean. The staff was more concerned with entertaining each other than serving customers. I've never seen anything like it at any other Chipotle. While I was alone on this particular occasion, I normally have lunch with 5-10 clients at a time. Even though I work only a few miles away, I will never eat there again. There are plenty of other restaurants in our area. I would suggest you avoid this location or go to another Chipotle to get your fix.
This store needs a lot of work. My suggestion is bring in EXPERIENCED employees to help pick up the slack. They move way too slow
well it looks like for now at least that they have a long way to go. You can tell that they trained there employees at there store b4 they opened as oppose to them training there employees at other stores b4 there store opened. my main problem with it is the chicken always seems over cooked.. please I don't like burnt chicken.. but that issue can be fixed so please work on it..
