The center administrator is rude, they try every effort for you to not be able to sit in the registered exam so they can make easy money. My kid registered for an Oracle exam at a different Person Vue facility, he took the exam and passed. Next time we unfortunately selected the California South Bay University as the test center. The manager there first created the issue because of his ID, He was carrying his passport and school Id. She didn't accept that until we showed it written on the website that school ID is a valid form of ID for students. His second I'd was his passport, she called their headquarters to confirm that passport is acceptable as an ID. When she couldn't deny us on the basis of ID, she said you are supposed to sign an agreement. They didn't provide any agreement, and said you can find it on Oracle website. She denied him the opportunity to take the exam and kept the money we used to register. After that we interacted with Oracle, who confirmed in email that he is allowed to take the exam. We registered again and took a printout of the Oracle email. Now this woman, and his manager ( who was even more rude), took every opportunity to find any issue with which they can deny him. She called their headquarters to tell them his DoB, to find a possibility if she can refuse him to take the exam on that basis. They caused me to loose the exam registration fee, make me miss half day of work, make my kid miss half day of school. It was a horrible experience, they rightly deserve to be shutdown.
