My child was left at school a total of three times in less than a 9 month period. They had no roster sheet so I created one for them that is not checked by their employees. I arrived to pick up my child and was greeted with confusion hours after they should have picked him up. They had no idea my child wasn't there. Their drivers have no guidelines and no list of where and when the kids are. Drivers change and are not instructed properly. No apologies and I was to blame because my child didn't have a cell phone. My child was smart enough to call crossroads over a dozen times but there was no answer. When I called the director she did not answer. Only to text me that it was my fault they had left my child behind. I sent reminders the mornings of that were acknowledged and still no pick up. I immediately took my child out after empty promises and no changes. Any person can stroll in and pick up a child without checks and balances so please beware. I am shocked that I was to blame.
