Gold's Gym

I am extremely upset that you are letting go of one of your premier instructors At Gold's Gym in Camp Hill in Hanan Crouse. I can tell you she kept me coming back and I have lost close to 100 lbs due to all the instructors. I was always thin but went through medical issue. I have been a

member for over 5 years and I would just like to know what is going on? A weekly/monthly newsletter would help. I have dedicated my exercise routine to Gold's Gym on Hartzdale Drive. I have come everyday for 5 days a week taking two classes a day. But I have had to cut back because of medical issues but I still pay every month for equipment usage even when I could not be there do to falling off the Step in Step class at Gold's gym Camp Hill on 10/3/2014. I have fought off infection in my wrist that then it went into my back which resulted in two Pick Lines two times one for 6 wks the other 8 wks over the summer 0f 2015 in which I could not come in to gym but I still paid for the equipment I was not using but others members were benefiting from and the owners were making money from my membership dues even though I was not there! because I was informed I could not put freeze my account. I realize Hanan's decision has already been made. But I wish her mind could be change as she is a premier instructor in her own right and inventive with her exercise routines! She is also excellent with Public Relations.

Don't go there at all, the place is extremely unprofessional, they don't answer their phone, nor do they have an answering machine-leave message if you'd like and they'll return your call as soon as possible (Nothing is what you get!). I don't even want to give them ONE STAR, because they don't deserve that either. Buyer beware, they pull money for odd amounts that is not even condusive to your account and what your monthly payment is for your membership. They give you the run-around. I WOULD NOT USE THIS GYM AT ALL!!!! Still looking for an answer to my question as to why money was pulled from my account without my permission other than what is stated on the gym membership contract and the usual date the payment is made.
