Capital City Car Wash

I researched this place before going but thought the reviews may no longer be valid due to the age. This is not true. The bad reviews are still true today. I took my car to be washed and swept out. Terrible job plus now there are scratches all over my car!!! My mom even noticed them and asked how I got them. Thanks a lot Capital City Car Wash. My car's value was significantly damaged due to this place! BEWARE!!!

I will never go back to this car wash. I urge all reading this to do the same. They are clearly overpriced for the poor quality work they do. During my last car wash on Fri 12/10/10, I made one and only one request - to clean a spot on a window. The employee (John Lepore) immediately yelled at me and refused. Not a sly or sarcastic comment under his breath - he raised his voice. I went inside and asked for the manager. To my surprise, John Lepore was the manager. This place is hopeless when the management knows nothing about customer service, satisfaction or simply common social courtesy. Never again will I go there and I hope central PA boycotts such poor service.
