I wish I could even give them one star. I signed up for Yelp just so I could write this review. The cancelled my class due to a family emergency. Scheduling that class I had to email them three times before they would answer. They finally answered my email to reschedule and told me they had not received any of my other emails to sign up for that date and it is not full, but online it says there are opening for that class. Now they won't answer my emails again to reschedule and NEVER answer the phone. Not even during business hours. Very unprofessional. I am now trying to get my money back from groupon because this is ridiculous. how do you run a business and can't answer emails or phone calls... and forget about leaving a message the answering box is always full.
